It is a commonly used bronchodilator, which can directly relax smooth muscles such as bronchi and biliary tract to relieve spasm. Indirectly inhibit the release of histamine and other allergic substances; and can strengthen myocardial contractility, increase cardiac output, and can have a vasodilator effect on coronary arteries, but it is generally not used as an antianginal medicine. Has a good diuretic effect.
