Ethanol, 2,2′-iminobis-, N-tallow alkyl derivs., N-oxides is amphoteric surfactants. Ethanol, 2,2′-iminobis-, N-tallow alkyl derivs., N-oxides is cationic in acidic medium and non-ionic in alkaline medium. Ethanol, 2,2′-iminobis-, N-tallow alkyl derivs., N-oxides has excellent stability under both acidic and alkaline conditions. Ethanol, 2,2′-iminobis-, N-tallow alkyl derivs., N-oxides has good compatibility with various types of dyes, surfactants and cosmetic raw materials. It is stable to sodium hypochlorite, but it is not suitable to heat it above 100℃ for a long time.
