In vitro studies have shown that the antibacterial efficacy of lomefloxacin hydrochloride against gram-positive bacteria is stronger than enoxacin, similar to norfloxacin; the antibacterial efficacy against gram-negative bacteria is weaker than that of norfloxacin and ofloxacin Star, similar to enoxacin, but the anti-infection effect in vivo is stronger than the above drugs.
