Zinc sulfate monohydrate is widely used in agriculture as fertilizer and compound fertilizer, as zinc supplement and insecticide to prevent fruit tree diseases and insect pests. The application methods of zinc sulfate in agriculture are divided into base fertilizer, foliar fertilizer spraying, seed soaking and seed dressing. When plants are short of zinc, their growth is blocked, their plants are short, their internode growth is seriously blocked, and their leaf veins lose green or albino. New leaves are grayish green or yellowish white spots. The symptoms of zinc deficiency in vegetables are shortened internodes, dwarf plant growth, loss of green leaves, some leaves can not expand normally, poor root growth, few or deformed fruits. Zinc can promote crop photosynthesis. Zinc is a specific activated ion of carbonic anhydrase in plant chloroplasts. Carbonic anhydrase can catalyze the hydration of carbon dioxide in photosynthesis. At the same time, zinc is also an activator of aldolase, which is one of the key enzymes in the process of photosynthesis. Therefore, the use of zinc sulfate monohydrate can strengthen the chemical combination of plants. At the same time, zinc is an essential component of protein synthesis and ribose in animal and plant cells, which proves that zinc is necessary for the growth of animals and plants. The correct use of zinc sulfate can prevent diseases in fruit tree nurseries. It is also a common fertilizer to supplement crop zinc trace element fertilizer. It can be used as base fertilizer, leaf fertilizer, etc.
Application of zinc sulfate monohydrate in agricultural production
First, seed dressing first dissolve the quantity of micronutrient water into a dilute solution (generally between 0.02% and 0.1%), then put the micronutrient solution into the sprayer or watering pot, spray it on the seeds and spray it on the seed side, so that each seed is evenly covered with fertilizer solution, and the solution should not be excessive, so as to prevent the seed coat from wrinkling and causing rotten seeds. After mixing, spread out the seeds and dry them to sow.
Second, when soaking seeds, dissolve zinc sulfate monohydrate to make a solution with an appropriate concentration of 0.02% ~ 0.05%, and then soak the seeds for 6 ~ 8 hours. After the seeds are fished out, they can be sown by slightly drying. If the concentration of zinc sulfate solution is greater than 0.1%, it will affect seed germination. The method of seed soaking and fertilization requires that the soil moisture of the sowing land is good, generally above the Yellow moisture; If the soil is dry and reaches the degree of ash moisture, the soil around the seeds will consume a lot of water and affect the emergence of seedlings.
Third, seed coating, zinc sulfate monohydrate trace element fertilizer and regulator are mixed into a solution with a certain viscosity, rolled and wrapped in the coating machine, dried for a certain time, and then sowed.
