1.Tetracycline hcl has a certain antibacterial effect on some anaerobes, but Tetracycline hcl  is far inferior to metronidazole, clindamycin and chloramphenicol, so Tetracycline hcl is not used clinically. Over the years, due to the extensive application of tetracyclines, Gram-negative bacteria such as Staphylococcus and gram-negative bacilli, such as Staphylococcus, have been extensively drug-resistant to tetracycline.
Moreover, there are cross resistance among the species of the same kind. The action mechanism of this product is that the drug can specifically bind to the A location of the ribosomal 30S subunit, and prevent the binding of aminoyl tRNA on this site, thereby inhibiting the growth of peptide linkage and affecting the protein synthesis of bacteria.
