Interfere with the synthesis of bacterial cell walls and play a sterilizing role during the bacterial reproduction period. It has antibacterial effect on G + cocci and G + bacilli (diphtheria, tetanus, anthrax), spirochetes, clostridia, actinomycetes and some Bacteroides. This product is not resistant to acids and enzymes. It is used for various infections caused by sensitive bacteria, but it is ineffective against G-bacilli.
