Short Description:

Tea saponin – Extract Abel Camellia oleifera seed 90%

Tea saponin

Tea saponin is a type of natural glycoside compound extracted from the seeds of Camellia plants (such as tea, camellia, camellia). It consists of seven ligands (Sapgening) and four glycosides (Aglyevn). A pentacyclic triterpene tea saponin composed of two kinds of organic acids is a natural non-ionic surfactant with excellent performance.

It not only has good emulsification, foaming, dispersion, penetration, wetting and other active effects, but also hardly affected by water hardness. In addition, it also has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiseptic and antipruritic effects. Pentacyclic triterpenoids are used as anti-inflammatory drugs in traditional medicine. Tea saponin also has antibacterial effects and can treat some skin diseases. Since Aoyama Shinjiro first isolated tea saponin in 1931, after several generations of concentrated research and practice, the application of tea saponin has made significant progress. Studies have shown that tea saponin has certain hemolytic, anti-insect and bactericidal effects, anti-osmosis, anti-inflammatory, phlegm and cough-relief, analgesia, anti-cancer and other pharmacological functions. In addition, tea saponin also has the effects of killing screws and promoting plant growth. At the same time, tea saponin is also a good surfactant.

    1. As a wetting agent and suspending agent for wettable pesticides

Chemical pesticides are divided into two types according to processing formulations, one is liquid and the other is solid: since most of the original medicines of chemical pesticides are insoluble or extremely difficult to dissolve in water, they need to be added when they are processed into liquid pesticides. ^Solvents and emulsifiers; when the original medicine is processed into solid pesticides, it is necessary to add a wetting agent to make a wettable powder, which can suspend the insoluble pesticide original medicine in water during application to exert the effect of pesticide use. The higher the suspension rate of wettable solid pesticides, the better the application effect.

    1. As a synergist and spreading agent for emulsifiable concentrate pesticides

    3. As a co-solvent for herbicides or soluble powder pesticides

Such pesticides are generally difficult to dissolve in non-polar solvents, but can be soluble in polar solvents or water. Some can even dissolve in water after converting the original drug into a salt. Among these pesticides, tea saponin has a wide range of uses. It is a promising “environmentally friendly pesticide agent” and is welcomed by the majority of users.
